Pastor Bill Caffey has been teaching the Bible for over 40 years. He graduated from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas and did graduate work at Liberty Bible College in Pensacola, Florida. There he was asked to join the teaching staff where he became one of the primary Old Testament teachers. His practical approach to Bible study has blessed his students who now have ministries on every continent. After teaching for nearly 12 years in the Bible College, he began pastoring in Texas in 1981. |
