Pastoral care and leadership are lovingly provided by Pastor Bill Caffey. He and his wife, Jimmie Jo, have served Cornerstone since its inception.

Pastor Bill began ministry over 40 years ago. After graduating from college, he taught school for five years while he ministered in music and Bible teaching in several churches in Texas and in Florida. In 1966 he began an 11 year ministry at Liberty Church and Liberty Bible College in Pensacola, Florida where he served as Academic Dean and one of the primary Bible and theology teachers. After leaving Pensacola in 1978 he moved to the Dallas area and shortly afterward entered his first pastorate. In 1994 Cornerstone Family Church was established with Pastor Bill as pastor.

Pastor Bill has a burden and an anointing to teach the Bible in an easy-to-understand way. God has used his unique gifts to establish believers in the Lord as they have made practical applications of the Word of God to their lives and as they have submitted to the lordship of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Bill and his wife Jimmie Jo have been married since 1963 and are parents of a daughter and a son who are walking with the Lord. Jimmie Jo assists in the oversight of both the Women's Ministry and the Children's Ministry.

Pastor Bill has written several books that are being used for devotional study, Bible Reference Books, and Bible Study Guides. The books are described under Radio and Media.

G. Don Edwards has served as an Elder since 1981, and has served Cornerstone Family Church in that capacity since its inception. He focuses most of his ministry in discipling, counseling and teaching.

His ministry has included leading small groups for most of that time. He is used by the Lord in a variety of spiritual gifts. For many years, he and his wife, Elizabeth ministered to the singles class. Both have taught Sunday School and Bible studies and also have taught new members classes.

With a strong gift of mercy and compassion, Elizabeth reaches out to the isolated and hurting, as well ministering powerfully to children.

G. Don and Elizabeth have been married since Aug 25, 1961. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Two of their children are married and all have been greatly blessed by the Lord.

Glenn and Helen have conducted home and office Bible studies for the past 30 years, knowing that it is the truth that sets people free. In addition, through their outreach ministry, Transforming Ministries, Inc, Glenn and Helen have touched the sick, the shut-ins, the hospitalized and those in jail as they followed the commands of Christ to minister. Helen's books are still found today in hospitals and jails.

Glenn and Helen were married Sep 7, 1947.

Bro. Benny attended seminary for 2 years and has both B.A. and M.A. degrees from Baylor University, as well as a Bachelor of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After receiving his teaching certification, Bro. Benny taught public school for eight years and one semester of Junior College. His church had a "college level" Bible school for Christian workers for several years.

For 14 years, Bro. Benny pastored three Southern Baptist churches. In 1967, he founded Trinity Church (Inter-Faith) in Palestine, Texas. He is the author of three books, Amen Bro. Ben, Escape to Joy, and Jubilee. He retired January 1, 2004 after completing 50 years of ministry.

He and his wife Joyce joined Cornerstone Family Church in 2004. He shares a devotional teaching to men at their monthly breakfast.  He agreed to join the Board of Elders in June 2005.

The chief aim of Men's Ministry is to love and serve the men and families of Cornerstone Family Church. This ministry is overseen by Benny Burlison.
